Cold pressed from olives harvested manually from the estate’s 15 hectares of centuries-old olive trees.
The principal olive varietals are Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo with a small quantity of Olivastra added in.
The oil obtained is
characterized by an intense aroma and a fruity, decisive taste. It is lightly spicy with low acidity and rich in nutritional value.
It is perfect for any dish, used alone or for cooking.
